What is our return policy?
We at SPARCO INT'L, Inc. want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not totally satisfied, send it back within 14 days of the original shipment date
for an exchange or a refund for the price of the item. (Items over $499.99 must be returned
within 7 days of the original shipment date.) Note: Shipping and Handling are non-refundable.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please enclose a copy of your invoice with the returned
merchandise. For your protection, merchandise must be returned prepaid and
insured via UPS, FedEx, or U.S. mail. Please return one (1) item per
package. Any items returned beyond the designated time frames, if accepted,
will be subject to a restocking fee.
Can I return a "Scratch and Dent" purchase?
All "Scratch & Dent" items are advertised as "non-returnable". The defect in
the merchandise is clearly advertised. If the item's defect is greater than
advertised, we will allow you to return the item, but Customer Care must
verbally authorize returns on all Scratch & Dent items. If you want to
return a Scratch & Dent item, you must email us at sales@sparcojewels.com.
I misplaced my pack slip/invoice. What should I do?
Call Customer Care (626) 325-8533. You may also contact us via email at
sales@sparcojewels.com. Please allow twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48 hours
to receive a response. So that we may assist you better, please have your
Order Number readily available when you contact us.
How can I check on a return?
After a return is received, an email notification is sent to the email
address on file.
How long does it take SPARCO INT'L, Inc. to issue credit?
After we receive your return, we will begin the refund process. Please allow
up to fourteen (14) business days to receive your refund.
How will I know when SPARCO INT'L, Inc. has received my return?
After a return is received, an email notification is sent to the email
address on file.
How/when will my refund be processed?
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Credit/debit card
transactions are refunded back to the credit/debit account. Please allow up
to fourteen (14) business days to complete the transaction.
Orders placed via Bank Draft (television purchases only) are refunded via
check. Please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks to receive your refund check
via United States Postal Service.
Why is my refund not on my credit/debit card statement?
After the transaction is finalized from SPARCO INT'L, Inc. to your
financial institution, the financial institution must post it to your
account. Generally, this is processed within seven (7) business days.
Depending on their policies, posting may take up to thirty (30) days from
the date we returned it to your financial institution. SPARCO INT'L, Inc. is not responsible for the posting policies of your financial institution.
